Bruce Reeves guaranteed payment of a $4.5 million mortgage note on a Nyack, New York motel and banquet facility which secured a loan by plaintiff United States Trust Company ("U.S. Trust") to Hospitality Associates of Tappan Zee Limited Partnership ("Hospitality").
