Petitioner Laurence Cepek appeals from the property distribution and maintenance provisions of a judgment of dissolution entered by the trial court on February 21, 1991. On appeal, petitioner contends that the trial court failed to apportion the marital property justly and erred in its ruling which reserved maintenance for five years for respondent and barred maintenance for him.
