MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

YOUNG, District Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Massachusetts. This Court has jurisdiction over the appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a) (1988). The appellant, Coopers & Lybrand ("Coopers"), argues that the bankruptcy court erred by reducing Coopers' $550,000 request for professional fees by 42% and awarding only $319,000.1
