The defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of possession of heroin with intent to sell by a person who is not drug-dependent in violation of General Statutes § 21a-278 (b). The defendant claims that the trial court improperly denied (1) his motions for judgment of acquittal based on the insufficiency of the evidence adduced at trial and (2) his motion to dismiss because the notice requirements of General Statutes...
