CHASANOW, Judge.

Ida Patricia Myers, the plaintiff in the automobile accident case now before this Court, may have been speeding when the collision occurred. The judge presiding at the trial, however, found as a matter of law that, even if Myers had been going faster than the rules of the road allow, she was not guilty of contributory negligence under the facts presented and there was no need to submit that issue to the jury. The Court of Special Appeals thought otherwise...
