Appellant, an attorney, filed suit against appellee, a former client, for the recovery of unpaid attorney fees. Appellee answered the suit and filed a counterclaim against appellant alleging professional malpractice. An affidavit of an attorney was attached to the counterclaim as an exhibit as required by OCGA § 9-11-9.1 (a); however, the affidavit was not signed.
