PER CURIAM.

In this disciplinary proceeding, the referee found that respondent's conduct, taken together with his prior discipline, constituted an ongoing pattern of misconduct in violation of Rules 1.3, 1.4 and 3.2 of the Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct. The referee recommended that respondent be publicly reprimanded and be placed on supervised probation for one year.
