Plaintiff Charlotte B. Jones was employed as acting director of the Brooks County Library by defendant Board of Trustees of the Brooks County Library from March 1, 1983 to August 31, 1988. At no time during her employment did her employer make payments on her behalf to the Teachers Retirement System of Georgia. After termination of employment, plaintiff filed suit alleging the Board of Trustees was required by law to make payments into said retirement...
