This case comes to us on remand from the Supreme Court with an order for plenary consideration. 437 Mich. 1006 (1991). Plaintiffs appeal as of right from an August 18, 1989, order granting summary disposition to defendant Verndale Products, Inc., and dismissing their negligence action against defendant. We affirm.
