LAVERY, J.

The defendant appeals from his conviction after a trial to the court, on one count of risk of injury to a child, General Statutes § 53-21.1 The defendant claims that § 53-21 is unconstitutionally vague as applied to the facts of this case. We disagree, and affirm the judgment of the trial court.
