This appeal arises out of a claim for workers' compensation benefits by three workers who contend they became disabled as a result of long-term exposure to toxic substances at the Intalco Aluminum plant. Intalco Aluminum Corporation (Intalco), a self-insured employer, appeals the judgment in favor of the claimants, primarily contending that the medical evidence is insufficient to support the jury's finding that the claimants' injuries were proximately caused...
