MEMORANDUM ON DEBTORS' MOTION TO ADD CREDITORS AND MODIFY CHAPTER 13 PLAN

On August 21, 1992, the debtors in this Chapter 13 case filed a "Motion To Add Creditors And To Modify Chapter 13 Plan" (Motion). By this Motion, the debtors seek the following relief: (1) that they be permitted to amend Schedule F to their petition to add nine postpetition creditors holding general unsecured claims totalling $5,362.44;
