These two appeals mark the second and third appearances of cases arising out of a 1982 contract between Georgia Ports Authority ("GPA") and Pinehurst Corporation ("Pinehurst") for the construction of a warehouse extension at GPA's ocean terminal facility. The construction was to be performed by Pinehurst pursuant to plans and specifications prepared by the architectural engineering firm of Hussey, Gay & Bell ("HG&B"). The plans required that...
