Defendant Home Indemnity Co. (Home) appeals a trial court judgment granting a motion for summary judgment in favor of plaintiff Pete (Junius) Davis, holding that Davis was covered under the uninsured motorist (UM) provisions of an insurance policy issued by Home to Davis' employer. Home also appeals the trial court's denial of its motion for summary judgment based on its allegation that Davis is not covered under the policy as a matter of law. We reverse...
