Two deeds, one dated in 1949 and the other in 1953, form the basis of this suit. The 1949 deed was from W.H. Greenlee, Sr. to his sons, W.H. Greenlee, Jr. and Frank Greenlee. The 1953 deed covered the same property and was from Jewel Greenlee Mitchell, Cora Greenlee Miller, and Laura Greenlee (W.H. Greenlee, Sr.'s daughters and widow) to W.H. Greenlee, Jr. and Frank Greenlee (W.H. Greenlee, Sr.'s sons). This deed recited a conveyance...
