MESCHKE, Justice.

Darrell Robideaux appealed a criminal judgment that sentenced him to five years of imprisonment upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of negligent homicide. We affirm.

Near 1:30 a.m. on August 25, 1990, Brent Fuller was struck and killed by a car driven by Robideaux. On January 3, 1991, Robideaux was charged in district court with violating NDCC 12.1-16-02 by manslaughter. On May 12, 1991, Robideaux pleaded guilty in county court to violating...
