This case arises out of two citations issued to the defendant-respondent, Alois F. Godec, Jr., by the city of Muskego Police Department for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant, a violation of sec. 346.63(1)(a), Stats.,1 and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content in excess of .10 percent, a violation of sec. 346.63(1)(b).
