Sharon Nevue appeals from a summary judgment dismissing her complaint for personal injuries allegedly suffered in an automobile collision, based on a release she signed 2 months after the accident. Nevue contends that there is a genuine issue of material fact as to whether her release was "fairly and knowingly made". We agree and reverse the order granting summary judgment.
