RULON, J.:

Defendant, Gregory Sidel, directly appeals from his conviction of possession of marijuana, K.S.A. 1991 Supp. 65-4127b, contending (1) the issuance of a warrant to search his residence was not based upon probable cause, and (2) the district court abused its discretion when imposing sentence. We affirm.
