The state appeals an order of the circuit court dismissing felony charges against appellee Daniel Roberts. We reverse.

Roberts was charged with dealing in stolen property. § 812.019, Fla. Stat. (1989). On March 19, 1991, Roberts sold two gold service pins to an undercover detective for $15.00. The state is unable to produce evidence that the pins were stolen. However, during the transaction Roberts allegedly made remarks...
