This is a disciplinary proceeding initiated by the Committee on Legal Ethics of the West Virginia State Bar (Committee) against George S. Taylor, a member of the Bar. The Committee asks us to issue a public reprimand to Mr. Taylor based upon his issuance of a bad check and his subsequent failure to make payment on the dishonored check.
