Fredericks seeks review by certiorari of an order holding him in willful civil contempt, sentencing him to thirty days confinement in jail, but allowing him to "purge" himself by paying $200 to a mediator and $150 to an attorney who represented a plaintiff (Palm Chevrolet, Inc.) in a civil suit against Shirley Ann Richards, Fredericks' client.
