Defendants-appellants Richard Davis and Teddie McKinley were charged with armed robbery and aggravated criminal sexual assault. The cases were severed, and after separate jury trials, defendants were found guilty on all counts. Defendant Davis was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 18 years imprisonment, while defendant McKinley was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 20 years imprisonment. Defendants' appeals...
