The people appeal by leave granted a July 26, 1990, order of the Alpena Circuit Court. In this order, the circuit court affirmed a district court order suppressing evidence and dismissing an information charging defendant with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, MCL 333.7401(2)(c); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(c). We affirm.
