This is tort action based on a collision between a pickup truck and a farm tractor which was pulling two farm implements. The appeal arises out of the trial court's granting of a JNOV in favor of the plaintiff-driver of the pickup truck after the jury had determined that the defendant-driver of the farm tractor was not at fault in the collision.
