This is an appeal from the order of the district court for Douglas County which dissolved the marriage of Aliette Berthile Martin deBaudiniere and Thomas F. Cavanaugh and awarded custody of Bertilla (Tia) B. Cavanaugh to Thomas, subject to Aliette's rights of visitation.
