DALY, J.

The plaintiff, Michael Ceci, appeals from the trial court's decision confirming an arbitration award rendered in favor of the defendant insurance company. The trial court concluded that because the policy was unambiguous, the plaintiff was not covered by the policy issued to his employer, Victor Ceci Refuse, Inc., a family owned business. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
