The defendant and a co-defendant, Raheem Clark, were indicted for the crimes of robbery in the second degree (two counts) and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree (two counts) stemming from the theft of the victim's wallet on a Manhattan street on July 27, 1990. The defendant thereafter moved to dismiss the indictment based on errors purportedly committed by the prosecutor in the presentation of this matter...
