Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

We reject the defendant's contention that the Supreme Court erred in denying suppression of the gun which he discarded while being pursued by the police. After hearing 10 or 12 gunshots fired within Putnam Park in Brooklyn, New York City Police Officer John Brocato observed the defendant, who appeared to be concealing an object by holding his arm close to his waist, and another individual, walking quickly towards a park exit...
