Appellant, Alfred Millman Lohman, Jr., appeals from a dismissal, by the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, of appellant's Petition to Adjudicate Marital Property of the Parties. Appellant raises two issues:

I. Whether the circuit court has jurisdiction to adjudicate marital property and alimony sought by a nonresident husband more than 90 days after granting the wife, a Maryland resident, an absolute divorce based upon substituted service...
