HUDOCK, Judge:

This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence imposed upon Wood after a jury convicted him of criminal attempt murder1 and two counts of aggravated assault.2 The trial court denied Wood's timely filed post-verdict motions and sentenced him to serve consecutive terms of imprisonment of two to four years for the criminal attempt murder and eight to sixteen years for the aggravated assault.
