The defendant-appellant, Rhone-Poulenc Basic Chemicals Co. ("RPBC"), has petitioned this Court to accept an appeal from interlocutory orders of the Superior Court of the State of Delaware, in and for New Castle County, in Civil Action No. 87C-SE-11-1-CV.
