Neal Laska appeals from an order dismissing his action against Kevin House for lack of personal jurisdiction. The sole issue on appeal is whether House's girlfriend, who accepted service of Laska's summons and complaint, was a "member of the family" for purposes of substitute service under sec. 801.11(1)(b)1, Stats.
