Petitioner was convicted of robbery in the first degree and sentenced to a term of imprisonment of from six to twelve years. On January 23, 1990, he was paroled but he was thereafter declared delinquent for, in part, the alleged use of a controlled substance. A final parole revocation hearing was held on June 7, 1990.
