Budd Company (employer) appeals a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming a referee's decision to modify a supplemental agreement between the employer and Vincent Bradley (claimant), entered into pursuant to Section 407 of The Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act (Act)1.
