In Docket No. 118972, plaintiffs appeal as of right from the circuit court's order granting defendants' motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10) in an action involving plaintiffs' request for certain documents under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), MCL 15.231 et seq.; MSA 4.1801(1) et seq.
