Beverly Dees petitions this Court for a writ of mandamus directed to the Honorable Ferrell D. McRae, Judge of the Mobile County Circuit Court. Judge McRae granted a stay of proceedings in a declaratory judgment action filed by Dees pending arbitration of the underlying dispute over coverage under a policy of marine insurance, and Dees seeks to have the stay set aside.
