Defendant appeals as of right a circuit court order granting plaintiffs' motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10) and ordering defendant to supply plaintiffs with the unemployment insurance tax rates (contribution rates) for a number of employers. Defendant argues that the contribution rates are exempt from disclosure. We agree and reverse.
