By final decree entered June 5, 1991, Ronald Lee Williams (husband) was divorced from Maureen O'Keeffe Williams (wife) "on the ground that the parties ... have lived separate and apart for a period" in excess of one year. The decree, inter alia, ordered the husband to pay spousal support to the wife in the amount of $200 per month and $5,000 "toward [her] attorney's fees."
