The Department of Health and Social Services appeals the portion of a circuit court judgment holding that the principal of Esther Zimmerman's trust was not available for determining her medical assistance eligibility, and remanding the matter for a determination of eligibility based on trust income only.1 DHSS does not appeal the part of the judgment holding that the total trust income...
