On March 1, 1991, the circuit court of Champaign County allowed a claim by Marie F. Seeber and Elizabeth Seeber Murphy, coexecutors of the estate of Dorothy Ann Ozier (claimants) against the estate of Cecil Ozier, Dorothy's late husband. This claim was based on a $300,000 promissory note from Cecil to Dorothy which was secured by a mortgage on 31 real estate installment contracts (contracts) executed by Cecil...
