Seeber and Elizabeth Seeber Murphy, coexecutors of the estate of Dorothy Ann Ozier (claimants) against the estate of Cecil Ozier, Dorothy's late husband. This claim was based on a $300,000 promissory note from Cecil to Dorothy which was secured by a mortgage on 31 real estate installment contracts (contracts) executed by Cecil...
