PER CURIAM:
This is a review of a judicial disciplinary proceeding initiated against Ozell Eplin. The Judicial Hearing Board ("Board") found that Magistrate Eplin had violated Canons 1, 2, 3A(1), 3A(4) and 3C(1)(a) of the Judicial Code of Ethics when he accorded special treatment to a criminal defendant in order to court favor with a state senator. The Board recommended a six-month suspension without pay, and that Magistrate Eplin be assessed the costs of these proceedings...
