MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

In this adversary action, plaintiffs seek to establish that the debtor, John J. Pineau, is indebted to them for willful infringement of copyrights, and that the obligation is excepted from discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6).1 As an adjunct, they seek to liquidate their claims for statutory damages and to obtain injunctive relief.2
