MEMORANDUM OPINION

DONALD J. PORTER, Senior District Judge.

This Court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 158 (1988). In this appeal, Appellant Farmers Home Administration (FmHA), an undersecured creditor, asks this Court to consider whether the Bankruptcy Court1 erred in allowing Appellees Michael and Shirley Cook to discharge chattel liens held by the FmHA 126 B.R. 575.
