The district court found a successor nonresident corporation liable for an unpaid judgment against its predecessor Iowa corporation. The nonresident corporation claims: (1) the trial court did not have personal jurisdiction over it; (2) interest was incorrectly calculated by the court; and (3) the judgment must be limited to the value of the assets transferred by the Iowa corporation to the successor...
