Before the Court is a motion by Norstar Bank1 ("Norstar") for an order pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d) and § 553(a) granting it relief from the automatic stay in this voluntary Chapter 11 proceeding filed by Karl V. Anton, Jr. ("Anton" or "Debtor"). Norstar seeks relief from stay so that it may set off against the money owed it by Anton the amount in a bank account
