Appellant, Carl Edward Geier, appeals the judgment and sentence entered upon his convictions for Going Armed with Intent, Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse, Indecent Exposure, and Theft in the Third Degree, in violation of Iowa Code sections 708.8, 709.11, 709.9, and 714.1(4) (1989), respectively.
