Defendants Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States and Leethel Neal appeal by leave granted from the denial of their motion for summary disposition on February 28, 1990, and from the March 14, 1990, granting of plaintiff's motion to file an amended complaint in this wrongful discharge case.
