This appeal arises from an action brought by plaintiff Dina Muellman to recover damages for injuries she sustained when she stepped into an open pipe. Plaintiff alleged that defendant Chicago Park District's willful and wanton conduct resulted in her being injured. Judgment was entered in favor of plaintiff. Defendant now appeals.
