SHORTESS, Judge.

Linda Northern (defendant) was charged by bill of information with theft by fraud of property valued at $500.00 or more, LSA-R.S. 14:67. Defendant was tried by a jury, which convicted her as charged. Subsequently, the trial court sentenced defendant to serve 18 months at hard labor. This sentence was suspended, and defendant was placed on active, supervised probation for two years with special conditions. Defendant has appealed, urging one assignment...
